01What I built
A local workflow for account research, lead qualification, and follow-up drafts, with an operator console for human review.
02The decision
Keep the workflow inspectable. Node.js built-ins and plain files make briefs, review states, and run logs easy to trace. Source evidence stays attached to the work; outbound sending stays outside the MVP.
03Current scope
The public demo runs on fictional fixture accounts. It produces briefs, evaluation reports, and handoff files. It is a runnable local MVP, not a live outreach service.
