What I built

The storefront and photo-based try-on flow: watch selection, wrist-image upload, landmark-based positioning, and manual adjustments.

The decision

Separate positioning from image refinement. MediaPipe detects hand landmarks in the browser to place and rotate a transparent watch overlay. An optional Gemini route handles the polish pass.

Current scope

This is a frontend prototype. Cart state is local; payments and backend persistence are mocked. The Gemini step requires an API key.
